Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

✔ The product must be in its original packaging.
✔ It must be unused and in resalable condition.
✔ You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used stain cans.
  • Custom or special orders.
  • Clearance or discounted items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us at sales@readysealdirect.ca or call [Your Phone Number] within 30 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3️⃣ If eligible, we will provide a return shipping address.
4️⃣ Ship the product back at your expense. (We recommend using a trackable shipping method.)

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

3. Refund Process

✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
✔ If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.

🚨 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@readysealdirect.ca
