How ordering & shipping work

We don’t take payment online. Build your order on the site and send us your delivery address — we’ll reply by email with your exact shipping cost and delivery timeline, usually within one business day. Once you approve the quote, we arrange payment and dispatch your order from Belmont, ON.

Our minimum shipment is 10 gallons of stain— small orders aren’t economical to freight. Two 5-gallon pails meet the minimum and cost less per gallon.

Returns policy

Unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days, provided the pails are sealed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or used stain cannot be returned.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us promptly and we’ll make it right.
